At Mimo's JW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
